- You are planning an allogeneic stem cell transplant using FluBu4 conditioning
- Your transplant plan includes tacrolimus plus methotrexate for graft-versus-host disease prevention
- You are 18 years or older
- You can understand the study and are willing to sign informed consent
- You have not had any light treatment for the mouth within 4 weeks before starting transplant admission
