Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old.
- You were admitted to the emergency room, ICU, or hospital ward within 3 hours of being diagnosed with septic shock.
- At the time of screening, your blood pressure was low (systolic under 90 and/or mean arterial pressure under 65), with signs of infection.
- You also have at least one extra sign of poor circulation or organ stress, such as high lactate, very low urine output, new confusion, slow capillary refill, or poor skin blood flow.
- You must be able to sign consent (or have a legal representative).
