This study measures how blood flows in the retina and how well the eye regulates that flow. It compares people with early or very early glaucoma to people without glaucoma to see what differences may predict progression.

Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have open-angle glaucoma type findings on an eye exam (not a closed-angle type)
- Have glasses prescription within about +3 to −8 “diopters,” and your best vision should be 20/25 or better
- If you have glaucoma, you must be able to describe which stage you’re in (early, pre-perimetric) based on eye testing
- If you use glaucoma drops, you must be able to stop them for 4 weeks (safely)
- You must be able to complete OCT and OCT angiography scans and reliable visual field tests
