This study uses special imaging to look at blood flow in the eye to help assess or better understand glaucoma. You may be eligible if you’re an adult with eye exams that fit the study’s specific eye-health and imaging requirements.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can see with both eyes (binocular vision)
- You can read and sign an informed consent form
- You are either a healthy participant, being evaluated for glaucoma, or have moderate to severe glaucoma in at least one eye
- Your eye clarity is good enough for testing (no major cataract or serious corneal scarring)
- You have not had major eye surgery before (except simple cataract surgery, SLT/ALT laser for glaucoma, or YAG capsulotomy)
- You do not have diabetes, are not pregnant or nursing, and do not have a very high refractive error (more than 15 diopters)
