Who can take part
- Be 18 years old or older when you sign up
- Have reliable internet access at least once a week (at home or with family/friends)
- Have colon or rectal cancer that is stage I, II, or III
- Finish initial curative-intent treatment for colon/rectal cancer within the last 12 months
- Speak English
- Not have colorectal cancer that has come back (no recurrence)
- Not be in hospice care and not have severe memory/thinking problems
- Not have schizophrenia or another psychotic disorder
