Two-week sleep tracking for people with Parkinson’s

  • You can learn how to use a wrist sleep monitor and keep it working for 2 weeks
  • You can wear the wrist sleep monitor every day for 2 weeks
  • You can learn how to use a headband sleep monitor and keep it working for 2 weeks
  • You can wear the headband sleep monitor every day for 2 weeks
  • You can fill out daily logs (sleep, meals, and medication schedule) for the 2 weeks
  • You can stop your Parkinson’s “dopamine” medicines after 5:00pm for 3 nights in a row
