Who can take part

  • Be willing and able to read the study and sign a consent form (dated).
  • Be age 18 or older.
  • Have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by lab testing.
  • Have a confirmed cancer gene mutation (such as EGFR, ALK, or ROS1) from an approved local lab.
  • Be able to do daily activities with limited/no assistance (ECOG 0–1).
  • Have health tests showing enough blood counts and organ function, and a predicted survival of at least 12 weeks.
  • Have visible, measurable tumors on scans that can be tracked (measurable lesions per RECIST 1.1).
