Who can take part

  • You have confirmed prostate cancer diagnosed by biopsy (pathology-confirmed).
  • Your health and daily functioning are good (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your scan shows 1–3 metastases limited to bones or lymph nodes, not more than that.
  • You have hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (not castration-resistant).
  • You have not had prostate cancer treatments that affect PSA in the last 6 months, unless started very close to enrollment due to the limited metastases.
  • You can be treated with the planned radiation safely, and you have no prior radiation or surgery that would interfere with the radiation plan.
