Who can take part
- You have biopsy-confirmed mycosis fungoides, stage I through IV, and your blood Sezary cells (if present) are under 1000 cells per microliter at enrollment.
- Your mycosis fungoides is CD30-positive (at least 1% of cells show CD30) and you’re either newly enrolling with this, or relapsed/refractory.
- You are 18 years or older and can sign informed consent.
- You must not take other cancer medicines or other systemic treatments for mycosis fungoides/Sezary at the same time (unless the study allows special steroid situations).
- You must have enough body function for treatment: kidney function not severely reduced, liver function not moderately/severely impaired, and no nerve damage of Grade 2 or worse.
- You must be able to use treatments as scheduled and have stable health (including, for HIV: stable anti-HIV meds for 12 weeks before starting and CD4 > 200 recently).
