Who can take part
- You have stage IB-IVB mycosis fungoides confirmed by biopsy, and at least 2 prior systemic treatments have failed or caused unacceptable side effects
- Your oxygen level (without supplemental oxygen) is 92–100% when measured at rest
- Your heart function is normal: left ventricular ejection fraction of 50% or higher, normal ECG, and no recent heart problems
- Your liver and kidney function are adequate: bilirubin, liver enzymes, and creatinine clearance within acceptable ranges
- You have not had large cell transformation (a specific change in the cancer cells)
- You are willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 3 months afterward
