Who can take part

  • You have advanced melanoma (Stage IIIC/IIID/IV that can’t be removed) or advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (Stage III/IV that can’t be removed)
  • Your prior treatment matches one of the study’s specific rules, including recent progress after certain immunotherapy medicines (anti–PD-1/PD-L1)
  • You can do normal daily activities pretty well (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Doctors can find at least one spot of cancer that can be measured after a needed procedure for treatment planning
  • Your heart (and sometimes lung) tests meet the trial’s safety limits
