Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, and it is not eye melanoma (unless you are in a specific part of the trial)
- Your melanoma has grown during or within 12 weeks after treatment with an immunotherapy drug like Keytruda or Opdivo, and if you have a BRAF mutation, you also tried or refused targeted therapy
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than 50% of waking hours) and expected to live more than 6 months
- For part of the trial, you must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans after the tumor used to make lifileucel is removed
