Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have one of these cancers that has spread or cannot be removed: non-small cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, colorectal cancer, or head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
  • Your cancer has grown despite previous treatments, and you have had up to 3 prior lines of therapy (the specific required treatments depend on your cancer type).
  • You are in good enough health to participate (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live more than 6 months.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be surgically removed to create the cell therapy (IOV-5001) for your treatment.
  • You do not have untreated, symptomatic brain metastases or active infections requiring treatment.
