Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You identify as South Asian, with both biological parents from South Asia (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, or Bangladesh)
- You can give informed consent and understand the study
- Your kidney function is good enough (estimated kidney filtration rate must be above 45)
- You can safely complete a CCTA heart scan (a type of CT scan with contrast dye if needed)
