Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 74 years old
- Your upper stomach cancer was confirmed by biopsy as a type of stomach adenocarcinoma
- Scans show no distant spread (no metastasis) and the tumor has not grown into nearby organs like the pancreas or spleen
- Your health before surgery is good enough for an operation (ECOG 0–1, ASA I–III)
- You agree to have laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery and can sign consent
- You have not had prior stomach cancer procedures like ESD/EMR, and you have not had chemotherapy or other pre-surgery (neoadjuvant) treatment
