Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 or older, and you can do daily activities at a limited level (ECOG 0–2).
  • Your lymphoma is confirmed as B-NHL, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or follicular or marginal zone lymphoma, and your tumor shows BAFF-R.
  • You have measurable disease, either on a CT/PET scan or disease found in places like blood, bone marrow, GI tract, skin, or spleen.
  • Your body tests show you can safely receive treatment: enough white cells, platelets, kidney function, liver function, and heart/lung function.
  • You must not have certain infections; for example, no active HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C (or viral load must be undetectable if you have it).
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use reliable contraception for 3 months after treatment.
