Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer must be a type of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma that has returned or is not responding to treatment.
  • You must have tested positive for a protein called BAFF-R on your cancer cells.
  • You must have already tried a CD19-targeted therapy (like blinatumomab or CAR T cells) and it didn't work, or you are not eligible for it.
  • You need to be in generally good health, with adequate kidney, liver, and heart function.
  • You must not have had a stem cell transplant in the last 100 days, and you must not be taking immunosuppressive drugs (except for low-dose steroids).
