Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with ADPKD (autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease).
  • You’re at least 18 years old.
  • Your kidney function is not too low (eGFR is above 25).
  • You’ve been on the highest tolerated dose of a V2 receptor blocker (V2RA) for at least 3 months.
  • Your blood pressure is not too low (no dizziness on standing) and not too high (not above 160/100).
  • You can’t have certain issues: hydrochlorothiazide intolerance, current diuretic use, low potassium, frequent gout, or a past skin cancer.
