Oral low-dose chemotherapy for relapsed Wilms tumor

Who can take part

  • Age: at least 18 months old and not older than 17 years
  • Your Wilms tumor has come back (relapsed) or did not respond (refractory), confirmed by past tumor testing
  • You have had at least 2 rounds of chemotherapy (or 1 round in certain high-risk relapse situations) and there is no curative treatment option
  • You currently have tumor that can be seen/measured on CT or MRI (or are told it can be evaluated)
  • You can take study medicines by mouth or via a nasal/feeding tube, and blood counts and organ tests (liver/kidney) are in acceptable ranges
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you (if sexually active) must agree to reliable birth control during treatment and for a few months after stopping
