Who can take part
- Your age must be 30 or younger (at the start of treatment).
- You must have confirmed cancer that has come back (relapsed) or is hard to treat (refractory), either in the body or in the brain/spinal cord (CNS).
- If you are older than 16, your overall strength must meet a score of at least 50; if under 16, your score must be at least 50.
- You must not have had certain recent treatments: avoid chemotherapy that included irinotecan + temozolomide together, and allow time since your last chemo, radiation, targeted therapy, or stem cell transplant.
- Your blood counts and organ tests must be high enough (enough white blood cells/platelets/hemoglobin and acceptable liver/kidney function).
