Who can take part
- You are an adult, age 18 or older
- You have had a stroke (either ischemic, or bleeding/hemorrhagic)
- This is your first stroke or a repeat (relapse) stroke
- Your stroke started less than 6 months ago
- You can sign consent yourself, or your family member can sign for you
- You are not in a severe acquired brain injury unit and do not have another life-threatening illness
