  • You have dizziness or trouble with balance.
  • You can stand without help.
  • Tests show your inner ear balance system is not working properly (peripheral vestibular hypofunction).
  • You do not have neck problems or certain blood vessel issues in your neck.
  • You are not blind and do not have other eye movement disorders.
