MINDGAPS: A balance and mental health study for military members

Vestibular Hypofunction

This study tests a program called MINDGAPS to help Veterans and active-duty service members with their balance and mental health. If you are a military member who can stand on your own and have not had a recent head injury, you may be eligible.

Who can take part

  • You must be a Veteran or currently serving in the military.
  • You must be able to stand on your own without help.
  • You must be able to make your own decisions and give consent.
  • You cannot have had a head injury in the last 2 months.
  • You cannot have certain neck, eye, or brain conditions, or be getting physical therapy for balance or dizziness.
