Who can take part
- You had a heart attack called STEMI that started less than 24 hours ago
- During the first part of the procedure, doctors see a large blood clot burden
- Your procedure is done through a radial (wrist) artery access
- You did not get successful clot-busting medicine (fibrinolysis) before this study treatment
- During the first wiring step, blood flow is not already good (TIMI flow less than 1 or thrombus grade higher than 3)
- You can be consented, and you are not in certain situations that block imaging, like severe claustrophobia or specific heart implants
