Who can take part

  • You have nasopharyngeal cancer that is non-keratinizing (WHO type II or III), confirmed by biopsy
  • Your cancer is stage III to IVA and has not been treated with radiation or chemotherapy yet
  • Your overall health status is good (ECOG 0 to 1)
  • Your blood tests are strong enough: hemoglobin, platelets, and white blood cells meet the trial cutoffs
  • Your liver and kidney tests are within acceptable limits (and no severe heart/lung/kidney/bone marrow problems)
  • You have not had certain prior treatments or immune medicines (especially prior PD-1/PD-L1 or CTLA-4 drugs)
