Who can take part

  • You have confirmed prostate cancer based on biopsy/pathology results
  • You are able to receive 177Lu-PSMA therapy through an approved study or expanded access program
  • Your scans (PET/CT) show a lymph node or soft-tissue area that can be safely biopsied
  • Your blood counts are adequate for a biopsy (platelets above 75,000) within the last 14 days
  • Your blood clotting tests (PT/INR and PTT) are not too abnormal within the last 14 days
  • If you take blood thinners (like warfarin, aspirin, or other anti-coagulants), you can safely stop them for one week before the biopsy (your team must approve this)
