Who can take part

  • A parent/guardian must sign consent (HIPAA authorization) to allow access to medical records
  • Your child must be well enough to do daily activities (performance score at least 60) and expected to live at least 12 weeks
  • Diagnosis must be confirmed as neuroblastoma/ganglioneuroblastoma, or osteosarcoma, using past tissue or bone marrow samples
  • The cancer must be high-risk and either relapsed, refractory, or not responding to standard treatment, and must be measurable/evaluable on scans
  • No major brain/CNS disease is known, and there must be no seizure condition needing anti-seizure medicines
  • Not currently pregnant or breastfeeding, and no active ongoing second cancer needing treatment; also no past serious allergy to certain study medicines or mouse-based materials
