Who can take part
- You had bariatric surgery such as sleeve gastrectomy, Roux-en-Y, omega-loop, or biliopancreatic diversion
- Your low blood sugar has been confirmed (less than 3.0 mmol/L) with at least 5 episodes per week, even after diet changes
- You do not have diabetes by standard medical criteria (including Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes)
- You can use effective birth control if you could become pregnant, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are able to follow study visits and procedures, and you can reliably take study treatment as instructed
