Mizagliflozin for low blood sugar after gastric bypass

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and had Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery more than a year ago.
  • You have had low blood sugar symptoms with blood sugar below 54 mg/dL, and symptoms improve when you eat or drink sugar.
  • You are willing to track your blood sugar and follow study procedures.
  • If you are able to have children, you must agree to use birth control during the study.
  • You must have at least 4 low blood sugar episodes during a 3-week monitoring period before the study starts.
