Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You can hear and see well enough for testing (vision and hearing checks may be needed)
  • You have either had depth electrodes placed in your brain for epilepsy care OR you have a NeuroPace RNS System implanted for epilepsy
  • You do not have other major mental health diagnoses (per DSM-5) besides nicotine dependence
  • You have no history of brain injury or damage
