- You have advanced ovarian cancer or another advanced solid tumor that is showing Claudin 6 on testing
- Your doctors expect you to live more than 12 weeks
- Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys work well enough for treatment
- Your lab sample shows enough target-making immune cells: at least 20% for one of the listed targets (Claudin 6, GPC3, Mesothelin, or AXL) and lab killing activity of target cells is strong enough (at least 20%)
- You are able to sign consent after understanding the study
- You have not had gene therapy before
