CAR-NK cell therapy for certain solid tumors

Stage IV Ovarian CancerTestis Cancer, RefractoryEndometrial Cancer RecurrentCAR NK

Part of Cancer, Hormones & metabolism, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This early-phase trial tests a lab-made immune cell treatment for advanced solid tumors that show specific targets (including Claudin 6, GPC3, Mesothelin, or AXL). It may help the immune system better recognize and kill tumor cells, but eligibility depends on test results and your overall health.

Who can take part

  • You have advanced ovarian cancer or another advanced solid tumor that is showing Claudin 6 on testing
  • Your doctors expect you to live more than 12 weeks
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys work well enough for treatment
  • Your lab sample shows enough target-making immune cells: at least 20% for one of the listed targets (Claudin 6, GPC3, Mesothelin, or AXL) and lab killing activity of target cells is strong enough (at least 20%)
  • You are able to sign consent after understanding the study
  • You have not had gene therapy before

CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Ovarian Cancer

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to target and fight ovarian cancer that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy uses cells from your own body that have been modified in the lab to recognize and attack cancer cells.
