Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets specific proteins on breast cancer cells. It's for people with advanced HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer who have tried other treatments or can't take them.

Who can take part

  • You have advanced breast cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread.
  • Your cancer is either HER2-positive or triple-negative (TNBC).
  • You have tried or cannot take standard treatments for your cancer type.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your tumor has a specific target protein (HER2, MUC1, or ROR1) that the CAR-NK cells can attack.
  • You are in fairly good health with normal organ function and a good performance status.

CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Lung Cancer

This study tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to recognize and attack lung cancer cells that have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.

NCT05410717Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-NK cell therapy for certain solid tumors

This early-phase trial tests a lab-made immune cell treatment for advanced solid tumors that show specific targets (including Claudin 6, GPC3, Mesothelin, or AXL). It may help the immune system better recognize and kill tumor cells, but eligibility depends on test results and your overall health.

CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Head and Neck Cancer

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy using natural killer cells (immune cells) that are designed to recognize and attack head and neck cancer cells. The therapy targets two specific proteins (EGFR and HER2) found on cancer cells and is for patients whose cancer has returned or spread despite previous treatments.
