CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Lung Cancer

Non-Small Cell Lung CancerAdvanced/Metastatic

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This study tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to recognize and attack lung cancer cells that have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.

  • At least one measurable tumor visible on scans
  • Tumor tissue available to check for three specific protein markers (MSLN, EGFR, HER2) — your cancer must have at least two of these

Gene-modified immune cells for advanced lung cancer

This trial tests an experimental immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets two to three specific markers on your lung cancer cells. It may be an option if your cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments and if tests show your tumor carries those markers.

NCT06972576Recruiting· Phase 1
EphA2-targeted CAR-DC and CAR-T cell therapy for advanced lung cancer

This trial tests a new combination therapy using your own immune cells (CAR-T and CAR-DC) that are specially trained to attack a protein called EphA2 found on your lung cancer cells. It is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer has continued to grow after other treatments.

NCT07510828Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR-NK cells for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests whether specially engineered NK cells can find and attack your type of cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments.

Shenzhen, Guangdong
NCT07480213Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR-NK cell therapy for relapsed small cell lung cancer

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called dual-target CAR-NK cells for people with small cell lung cancer that has returned or not responded to treatment. The treatment uses your own immune cells, modified in a lab, to better recognize and attack cancer cells.

CAR-NK cells for advanced HER2+ or triple-negative breast cancer

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets specific proteins on breast cancer cells. It's for people with advanced HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer who have tried other treatments or can't take them.

Dual-target CAR-NK cells for advanced breast cancer

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets two markers on breast cancer cells. It is for people with advanced HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer who have tried other treatments and need new options.
