Who can take part
- You were assigned female at birth and are at least 18 years old
- You have invasive breast cancer confirmed by biopsy
- Your cancer is stage T3–4 with lymph nodes that may be involved (cN0–3)
- You already had “NAC” (newly diagnosed chemotherapy) and it led to a partial or complete response on exam/imaging
- You plan to have your breast rebuilt using your own tissue (autologous reconstruction) and a surgeon says it’s appropriate
- You can read and understand English
