- You’re age 18–75 and can sign consent
- Your liver function is in good range (Child-Pugh A or B)
- You have confirmed primary liver cancer (HCC) that fits stage III, and at least one measurable tumor on CT/MRI
- You have not taken first-line treatment like sorafenib yet
- Your general health status is fairly good (ECOG 0–2) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks
- Your blood, kidney, and liver test numbers are within safe limits
