Who can take part
- You must have liver cancer that is beyond the Milan criteria (meaning your tumor(s) are too large or too many for a standard transplant listing).
- Your liver function should be relatively good (Child-Pugh A or B).
- You should not have had previous first-line treatments like sorafenib or lenvatinib.
- You need at least one measurable tumor on a CT scan (at least 1 cm) that hasn't been treated locally (like with radiation).
- You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0–2) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
