- You recently had an acute cardiac event such as a heart attack or unstable angina
- Your current physical activity level is below target
- You do not have significant memory/thinking problems that affect screening results
- You are not currently dealing with moderate-to-severe depression (PHQ-9 score 15 or higher)
- You can safely take part in physical activity and can read and speak English, and receive text messages
