Who can take part
- Be 18 to 65 years old
- Have a diagnosed nerve insulation disease (MS, NMOSD, or MOGAD)
- Be willing to use traditional Chinese medicine methods (herbs, acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, tai chi, or qigong)
- Be able to sign informed consent (or a legal representative can sign)
