Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
  • You are not very physically active (less than 150 minutes per week of moderate-to-vigorous activity)
  • You can understand the study and participate, including giving informed consent
  • You do not have heart artery disease (coronary artery disease)
  • Your depression symptoms are not in the moderate-to-severe range (PHQ-9 score must be under 15)
