  • You have had type 2 diabetes for at least 1 year.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have a diagnosed psychiatric condition.
  • You can read and use a phone (home or mobile).
  • You are not currently in a hospital for an acute problem or in a similar study.
  • You are not pregnant (if you can become pregnant).
