Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older with breast cancer on one side (unilateral), confirmed by biopsy
- Your tumor is larger than 2 cm or you have breast cancer spread to nearby lymph nodes
- You have test results for ER, PR, HER2, and Ki-67, and your cancer type fits one of the trial groups (triple-negative, hormone-like “luminal,” or HER2-positive)
- You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer (no chemo, radiation, targeted therapy, or hormone therapy yet)
- Your body is healthy enough for treatment: performance score 0–1, normal heart function (LVEF ≥55%), and acceptable blood/organ lab tests
