Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older
- You have confirmed intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer inside the liver), not treated for this disease recently (at least 6 months since any prior systemic treatment for recurrence or new spots)
- Your liver tumors are considered “unresectable,” meaning surgery would not be able to remove them safely
- There is at least one measurable tumor lesion of at least 2 cm on scans
- You have good activity level (ECOG 0 or 1) and your liver is not cirrhotic (Child-Pugh score less than 5)
- Your cancer is mainly in the liver, with no spread outside the liver (except certain nearby lymph nodes that can be removed during standard surgery)
