Who can take part

  • You can keep good oral hygiene, meaning your plaque level is 25% or less across your whole mouth
  • You have one missing tooth gap in the upper front (tooth numbers 15 to 25) and the two neighboring teeth are still there
  • Your missing/failing tooth was removed at least 3 months ago
  • You do not have major body-wide (systemic) health problems that affect eligibility
  • You do not smoke, and you do not have a history of gum (periodontal) disease
  • You do not have untreated cavities that need treatment
