Who can take part
- You have Stage III or IV periodontitis (advanced gum disease) diagnosed according to current classification standards
- At least one affected tooth has a deep gum pocket (5mm or deeper) with significant bone loss visible on imaging
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and in generally good overall health
- You can attend follow-up visits at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment
- You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis, or take medications that affect bone healing
- You are not a heavy smoker (10+ cigarettes daily) and not pregnant or breastfeeding
