Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and in generally good health.
- You have been diagnosed with severe periodontitis (Stage III or IV) and have at least one tooth with a deep gum pocket (5 mm or more) or significant bone loss.
- You do not have poorly controlled diabetes (HbA1c > 7%), osteoporosis, or take medications that affect bone metabolism (like bisphosphonates or steroids) in the last 6 months.
- You do not smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no known allergy to minocycline or hyaluronic acid.
