Who can take part
- You (or your legal representative) can understand the study and sign consent to join.
- You have an unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic solid tumor confirmed by tests.
- You have at least one tumor spot that can be reached for tissue collection (often a superficial lymph node), and it has not had radiation or other local treatments.
- You should not have active or untreated brain/spine metastases (stable brain metastases may be allowed if no new medicine is needed for 3 months).
- You should not have certain conditions that can interfere with immune treatments, like active autoimmune disease or needing long-term steroid/immunosuppressing medicines.
- You must not have certain recent health problems, current infections, recent participation in other trials, prior organ transplant/bone marrow transplant, or a known allergy to key study medicines.
