Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 70 years old.
- Have advanced solid tumor cancer (like stomach or lung cancer) that has progressed on standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate it, or no standard treatment exists.
- Be able to have surgery to remove tumor tissue (about 1.5-4 cm total) for making your own immune cells in the lab.
- Have at least one other tumor that can be measured on a scan after the biopsy.
- Be in generally good health (able to do daily activities, not bedridden).
- Stop any other cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, etc.) at least 14 days before the tissue sample is taken.
- Agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 2 years after treatment ends.
- Must not have severe allergies, active infections, autoimmune diseases, or certain heart or lung conditions, and must test negative for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and syphilis.
