Who can take part
- You are at least 15 years old when you would start the study.
- You have genetic test results showing a disease-causing COL3A1 change (classified as likely pathogenic or pathogenic).
- You can have an MRI scan of your blood vessels (magnetic resonance angiogram, or MRA) at a local imaging center.
- Before randomization, you can stop taking beta-blocker medicines if you currently use them.
- You have not had certain serious ruptures/dissections in the last 6 months, and you can follow all study procedures.
