Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have kidney failure (end-stage renal disease)
  • You received a kidney transplant from a deceased donor (first or later transplant)
  • Your transplant team expects you to take tacrolimus as your main immune-suppressing medicine
  • You can read and sign an informed consent form and follow study visits
  • You can stay in follow-up with the transplant center for up to 15 months after transplant
