XmAb 819 for advanced kidney cancer and other solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You have an advanced cancer that has measurable tumors on scan (or in a previously radiated area, the cancer has proven to be progressing).
  • Your cancer has progressed after standard treatments (or you have relapse and treatment-resistant disease).
  • You feel well enough for treatment, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (roughly fully active or limited but able to do self-care).
  • The study site can get usable tumor tissue for testing (slides or preserved biopsy block).
  • You have not previously had an investigational treatment aimed at ENPP3/CD203c.
  • You do not have certain health issues that would make treatment unsafe (like active brain/spinal cancer in the head area, serious drug allergy history, recent chemo, or uncontrolled autoimmune disease).
