Who can take part

  • You have advanced clear cell kidney cancer that has spread and can't be removed with surgery.
  • You have tried standard treatments or are unable to take them.
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or surgery) that can be tested.
  • Your blood counts and kidney/liver function meet minimum levels (hemoglobin ≥10, ANC ≥1000, platelets ≥100,000, and eGFR ≥60).
  • You can swallow pills and your body can absorb the medicine.
